Developer To Replace Blighted Lynbrook Motel with 80-unit Apartment Complex
Terwilliger & Bartone Properties took a bottom up approach to their development project in Lynbrook and the plan seemed to have worked. The developer is planning a 4-story luxury rental apartment complex for the Lynbrook Motor Inn site at 5 Freer Street in Lynbrook, also known as the Capri Motel.

Cornerstone complex to replace Capri Lynbrook Motor Inn after IDA approves PILOT
The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency approved a 20-year payment in lieu of taxes agreement, or PILOT, to build this $24 million, 80-unit Tudor-style apartment complex at the site of the Capri Lynbrook Motor Inn.
