MANAGING PARTNER

Anthony Bartone, Managing Partner of Terwilliger & Bartone Properties, began his career in 1993 at a Long Island based general contracting firm starting in the field and working his way up to vice president.  During his tenure as vice president the firm saw production double and profits swell to the highest level on a percentage basis that the company experienced in its 30 years.  In 2002 Anthony left the contracting company to form his real estate development and construction management parent firm, Bartone Holdings, the predecessor company to Bartone Properties.  In 2015 Bartone Properties entered into a strategic partnership with real estate development icon J. Ronald Terwilliger and Frances Terwilliger to form Terwilliger & Bartone Properties focusing on luxury class ‘A’ multi-family development.
